This is a new PaperMC - Folia server which allows the server to be multithreaded dividing the server in internal regions, this allows for many players to play at the same time without lag. This is just a test server but if it works as intended it will always be operative.
The server is anarchy, there are no rules.
Hacked clients and mods are allowed
