It’s an innovative game mode, a mix between Lifesteal and DonutSMP: instead of hearts there are Shards, which you get from kills. Shards are used to buy permanent PvP upgrades like speed, (limited) strength, resistance, passive regen and HP. When you die, you lose a random upgrade, so there’s always risk. There’s a PvP prestige system to unlock higher levels, clans with bonuses, warzones/KOTH/events, slow progression and zero pay-to-win since shards can’t be bought.
