Here, you'll constantly be looking over your shoulder, and you will see death behind you no matter where you go.
You and your base are never safe. There's no land claiming, so anyone can grief anything... Locator bar has a chance to turn on every now and then for a few seconds, your approximate death coordinates are displayed when you die and when someone kills you, you're temporarily banned.
Oh, and if players don't kill you, famine will- Most crops die before they finish growing, and animals have only a small chance to succesfully breed.
