You gain an extra strength when killing, and reduced when killed or have been killed by a player, mobs do not count as addition to your strength, mobs will reduce your strength so always be careful, exchange strength with trustworthy people.

Always watch out for strength scammers.

If you go down to -5 strength, you deal absolutely no damage, the max is infinite, so be as powerful as you want.
