If you are prepared, you can use Souls to skip the death timer and return faster. Souls are earned through gameplay, making preparation and survival even more important.

This makes alliances, teams, and trusted friends valuable, especially in PvP and dangerous exploration. Going alone is possible, but having people who can back you up can make the difference between losing momentum and getting back into the fight.
