Islands Only is a survival server where the whole world is ocean and scattered islands. No mainland exists anywhere. Everyone starts on the main island, which nobody can claim. Gather what you need, build a boat, and sail until you find an island you like. Claim it with a golden shovel and it's yours, with everything on it, for good: land claims are permanent and never expire. You grow your claim by playing, not by waiting: progression milestones like reaching the Nether, entering the End, and taking down bosses earn you more claim land.

Anarchy Island. One massive mountain island at 0,0, the exact center of the world, where the rules flip. No claims, no protection, anyone can build or break anything. Your island is the safe haven. Anarchy Island is the gamble.

One End portal in the entire world. No stronghold here has one. The only portal sits on the plaza at 0,0 on Anarchy Island, and it goes dark behind every traveler. Bring 12 eyes of ender and light it yourself. On the other side you get your own private End and your own dragon fight that nobody can steal.

All gameplay mechanics are pure vanilla. Plays perfectly on a completely unmodified Java client, nothing to install. Bedrock players are welcome through crossplay (add the server with port 17058, since Bedrock cannot read SRV records). Golden shovel land claims, full block logging, and a chat filter keep builds and chat safe.
