Start as a Settler. Explore, gather, find your footing. At 24 hours the full world opens up. Found a nation, declare war, forge alliances, set bounties, write treaties, build dynasties. Run your government however you want — kingdom, empire, republic, cult, whatever fits. No imposed structure. No handed-out land.
Combat runs on a knockout system. Players go down, not out. Allies can pull you back up. Enemies can drag you off to a prison they built themselves. Escape is always legal. Winners take everything.
All diplomacy is on the record. Alliances, wars, peace terms, bounties, betrayals — every formal act is public. DM deals mean nothing. The history accumulates and it stays.
Nations that go quiet lose standing. Inactive empires fade. Active ones fill the vacuum. The world is only as alive as the people shaping it.
