Come within 40 blocks of the pit at spawn and a giant hand climbs out of the dark. It feels along the rim, picks someone, and throws them clear. Feed it the ten items it wants and the points pay the whole server in keys. Throw in the wrong thing and it spits it back at you.

No rules above it. PvP everywhere, base raiding allowed, no claims. What you keep is what you can hold.

A real economy. Two currencies, an auction house where players set the price, player orders, spawners, crates, teams with a bank and a vault, bounties on whoever has been winning for too long.

One plugin, written for this server. Everything above is custom, nothing is a marketplace download: 900 block displays for the hand alone, a rigged model animated in Blender and replayed by the server.
